PTFE (king of plastic) is the most commonly used fluoroplastics also with widest applications.

Filled PTFE products are made by PTFE resin plus filler. It's formed by mixing, pressing and sintering of raw material, which not only keeps the original properties of PTFE, but also enhanced the rigidity, aiti-creep, anti-abrasion, flexural strength and thermal conductivity. For example, it’s increased hundreds of abrasion resistances, two times thermal conductivity, more than 10% hardness. At room temperature, the anti-creep property can be increased nearly three times, compressive strength and modulus doubled and 80% bending strength increased.

Filler:Glass fiber, Molybdenum disulfide, Graphite, Bronze powder, Silica, Carbon fiber and so on.

Main products: Many kinds of piston ring , guide ring, sealing ring, bearing, bush, hydraulic valve slider , machine guide rail ,mechanical seal and so on.

Specifications: It can be produced based on customer request or drawing, the maximum diameter is no more than 2000mm.

The features of the standard fillers are as follows:

Glass Fiber: Increases compressive strength, rigidity and wear.Reduces creep and cold flow Minimal effect on chemical and electrical properties

Carbon:Increases compressive strength, hardness, wear, and load properties. Good chemical resistance.Various types and amounts of carbon can be added to alter conductivity

Bronze: Increases hardness and wear resistance.Increases dimensional stability and compressive strength.Not suitable for corrosive or electrical applications

Molybdenum Disulfide:Increases hardness, stiffness, and wear.Minimal effect on chemical and electrical properties
